Cancellation Policy

A 10% non-refundable reservation fee is retained on all bookings.

• 30+ days before arrival: Refund less booking fee

• 30 -14 days: 50% refund less booking fee

• 14 - 7 days: 25% refund less booking fee

• 7 days prior to arrival: No refund

• Early departure: No refund for unused nights

In any of the above instances, if the property can be successfully rebooked, we will refund the recovered nights, less any reasonable costs.
